We welcome vendors of all kinds. Please consider contributing your talents to our festival. If you would like to become a vendor, please follow the directions and complete the form below and one of our team members will contact you. All vendor contracts must be submitted by Friday, April 30, 2021.
Set up begins on Friday, June 18 at noon and you must be set up by 5 p.m. No tear down before 11:30 p.m. on Friday or Saturday. If you intend on leaving early, plans MUST be made prior to the event. Each vendor booth will receive two Festival Solstice Camping and Music Passes. Each vendor may camp next to his or her booth for no additional cost (maximum of two people). No parties or visitors in the festival area (no exceptions). Additional Camping and Music Passes must be purchased for additional attendees.
Each vendor must provide a pop up tent and table to vend from. No open tables allowed. Each vendor is responsible for providing his or her own equipment (tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, etc.). No driving in and out of Festival Solstice after the gates are open.
Each vendor must submit the following items:
- Completed contract form
- Completed ST19 form
- Signed rules and regulations form
- Entry fee and electrical fee (if applicable)
- Copy of insurance policy (if applicable)
- Copy of MN State Health Certificate (if applicable)
